As the data controller, protecting the privacy of your personal data provided while visiting the website operated by Dr. Fatma Horasan's Clinic is one of our leading principles. The personal data obtained during your visit to our website may be processed by the Clinic in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, as explained below.

Request correction/update of your Personal Data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
Request deletion or destruction of your Personal Data if the reasons necessitating the processing of your Personal Data no longer exist, or if there is no legal basis or legitimate interest for Dr. Fatma Horasan's Clinic to process the data,

Dr. Fatma Horasan's Clinic will finalize your request free of charge or at a fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority, in the shortest time possible and within a maximum of thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. To exercise your rights stated above as a data owner, your application must contain explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise; the requested matter must be clear and understandable, and, if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must present a notarized power of attorney. In your applications, it is mandatory to include elements such as your name-surname, signature, T.C. identity number, residence or workplace address, e-mail address, phone and fax number, as stipulated in the "Procedures and Principles Regarding Applications to the Data Controller." Applications that do not contain these elements will be rejected by the clinic.
VI. MEASURES TAKEN TO ENSURE THE SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA OF DATA SUBJECTS
In line with the importance given to the protection of personal data and data security by the clinic, and in accordance with Article 12 of the Law, our clinic takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure data security, including:
