Your personal data, which includes the data necessary for the healthcare services to be provided to you, as well as the data obtained during the provision of these services, will be processed for the purpose of determining the healthcare services that can be offered to you, delivering the healthcare service, and assessing the results.

All this data is collected based on the Law No. 1219 on the Practice of Medicine and the Art of Healing, the Law No. 3359 on Basic Health Services, and the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.

This data may be shared with the relevant institution, organization, or insurance company you have reported for the monitoring and financing of the healthcare service; and in the case of legal obligations, with relevant public institutions and organizations for the protection of public health, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, and for the planning and management of healthcare services and financing.

By applying to us, you can learn about your collected personal data and their processing and transfers; you can request the correction or deletion of data that you believe is incorrect. Your request will be assessed by us and the outcome will be communicated to you within a maximum of thirty days. In case of rejection of the application, if the response is deemed insufficient, or if no response is given within the specified time; you can file a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority within thirty days from the date you learned our response and in any case within sixty days from the date of your application.
